Dental Hygienist – Our Organization Location: 12244 W Broad St,
Henrico, VA 23233 Schedule: Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Friday:
6:30 AM – 1:00 PM Bi-weekly hourly compensation with the option for
Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued. Potential to earn

Qualifications Valid dental hygienist license in Virginia and an
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (if required).
Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures,
patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR
Certification. Preferred Experience Familiarity with Velscope,
Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic
medical record systems. A commitment to ongoing learning and
enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide
preventive care for overall dental health. Clinical requirements as
needed by the office. Physical Requirements Capability to perform
essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without
reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist
individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions
of the role. Extended periods of sitting and standing. Must be able
to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training
sessions periodically throughout the year. To ensure a safe and
healthy environment for both team members and patients, a
tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental
office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before
starting employment. The test will be arranged during the
pre-employment process, with any necessary guidance or paperwork
provided. This does not apply in the states of FL & TN. Who Are We?
