23832 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly pay on a bi-weekly basis, with the option for
Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued. Potential to earn
daily and quarterly bonuses! Continuing Education (CE) coverage is
available! Full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours to

with limitless growth potential. Minimum Qualifications: Valid
dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or
Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as applicable). Strong
understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient
screening, and medical history documentation. Current CPR
Certification. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Velscope,
Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic
medical record systems. A commitment to ongoing learning and
development of clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide
preventive care and overall dental health maintenance. Ability to
address clinical needs as required by the office. Physical
Requirements: Capability to perform essential duties as required by
the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations.

sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45
pounds occasionally. Willingness to participate in virtual training
sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year. As part

new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be
completed prior to starting employment, and arrangements will be
