Salary and Benefits Competitive prorated salary based on years of experience Eligible for education loan repayment programs Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Vacation: 3 weeks (120 hours) Holidays: Up to 9 days annually Sick Time: 5 days accrued annually (40 hours) Personal Day: 1 day annually (8 hours) Bereavement Leave: 4 days (32 hours) for immediate family Malpractice Insurance through Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Licensure reimbursement for DEA, CDS, and NJ medical licenses Continuing Education: 4 days and $1,500 annually Lifetime individual health benefits after 20 years with retirement age of 60 Long-Term Care coverage at $3,500 per month with self-insurance options Long-Term Disability: 60% of salary up to age 65 Life Insurance: 3x annual salary up to $250,000 403(b) with 50% match up to 5% of annual salary after 1 year Access to supplemental insurance (Life, AD&D, Critical Illness, Accident) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric patients Conduct routine wellness checks, immunizations, and developmental screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children and adolescents Educate patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits Maintain accurate, timely medical records in the electronic health record system Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including nurses, medical assistants, and support staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings Adhere to organizational protocols and comply with all regulatory requirements Requirements Clear and active Medical Doctor license in the State of New Jersey Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Ability to work three 8-hour days weekly, including one evening shift ending at 8 PM Commitment to serving underserved and diverse populations About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
