Role Description We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist, full-time or part-time/flexible to provide relationship based and neurodiversity affirming outpatient and early intervention services through a coaching model in the child's natural environment (home, early childhood center, community) in Chester County, PA. M-F position, flexible schedule but must be open at least 1-2 days from 4-7 for outpatient. Bloom and Grow is dedicated to serving families, caregivers, infants, and toddlers through relationship-based care that promotes and encourages a child’s development while also embracing their strengths and individual differences. Our main office is located in the heart of Kennett Square, PA. Duties: Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social capabilities to determine their occupational therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities Use a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to facilitate patients' progress and maximize their independence Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients Educate/Coach patients and their families on strategies for managing their areas of need and promoting overall well-being Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited program Valid state license and certifications as a Speech Language Pathologist At least 2 years of experience in specific areas such as pediatrics, infants and toddlers, early intervention Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and their families of all ages and backgrounds Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to build strong rapport with patients and families
