Shift Differentials Position Overview The Operating Room RN – First Assistant employs the nursing process to deliver outstanding patient care while ensuring accountability for assigned patients. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with other departments to coordinate patient care Upholding patient rights and maintaining confidentiality Providing leadership and evaluation for fellow caregivers Embodying the organization's mission, values, and guiding principles in all interactions Qualifications Licensure: Current RN Temporary Permit or RN License in Missouri Experience: At least 2 years of intraoperative experience as both scrub and circulating nurse 3 years preferred Certifications: BLS/ACLS – required within one year of hire CNOR & RN-First Assistant certification required within one year Preferred Certifications: CNOR, CRNFA Education: BSN preferred Interested in Joining Us?
