The unit offers three levels of care: Floor, Telemetry, and Intermediate Medical Care (IMC). You will help lead different initiatives and support the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day operations of the unit, provide resources to staff and help provide patient care. This role is vital in ensuring the unit runs smoothly. /n /n Requirements: /n /n - BSN or MSN preferred.
