ECMO Specialists provide bedside critical care assistance to
patients receiving ECMO therapy within Innovative ECMO Concepts
customer facilities. The ECMO Specialist has a functional
understanding of extracorporeal life support (ECLS), and mechanical
circulatory support (MCS), and will participate in required IEC
training for continuing education and experience. Why Innovative

advance their professional development! As Innovative ECMO Concepts
(IEC) continues building the strongest and largest specialist team
in the nation, we are hiring full-time specialists who are ready to
be a part of our growing culture! Job Benefits: - Competitive
compensation ranging from $89,000-$128,000 per year. - - Relocation
and signing bonus up to $5,000 - Additional bonus opportunities
available starting at $900-$1100 per day. - Paid Time Off - 100%

Requirements: - A minimum of one year direct ECMO experience. -
Bachelor's degree preferred. An Associate degree with 2-3 years of
ECLS experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Maintain unencumbered professional license (RN, RRT, CCP). -
Maintain advanced credentials as applicable to each profession. -
Maintain AHA credentials in BLS and ACLS Physical Requirements: -
Must be able to effectively communicate and perform in stressful
situations. - Must be able to stand, walk, see, hear, read, speak,
and write for prolonged periods without accommodations. - Must
frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift
and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Must be able to move or reposition
