Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours,/n distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. /n Facility is looking for a temp to perm candidate if it's a good fit - please be prepared to have your candidate discuss this possibility during interview/n- Candidate will go through a preliminary screening interview then peer interviews./n/nLocation: VHC Physician Group - Arlington/nProfession: Sonographer, Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM)/nStart date: ASAP/nSchedule: 7:30am-4pm Monday through Friday- unless someone is off, then it would be 8am-4:30pm./nDuration: 13-weeks/n/nDEPARTMENT DETAILS:/nHere at VHC Health - Maternal Fetal Medicine, the registered sonographer works closely with MFM providers, genetic counselors, medical assistants, nurses, and patient care representatives. We see on average between 50-75 patients between 3 MFM providers. Our sonographers are certified for cervical length examination through CLEAR and We perform all OB exams and a few GYN Pelvic exams s/p procedures./nOur OB exams include:/n• First Trimester Viability/n• Nuchal Translucency/First Trimester Anatomy/n• Early Anatomy/n• Detailed Anatomical Survey/n• Third Trimester Anatomy/n• Cervical Length Assessment/n• Biophysical Profile/n• Limited/n• TTTS protocol with limited sonogram/n• Multiples/n• Ultrasound Guided Invasive Procedures (amniocentesis, CVS, D&C/D&E, Saline Sonohysterogram)/n• Fetal Echo/n• Doppler studies (umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery, ductus venosus, umbilical vein)/n• We see a wide range of patient diagnoses on a daily basis from congenital cardiac defects, skeletal dysplasia, open neural tube defects, fetal growth restriction, etc. We get multiple add-ons through-out the day./n/nREQUIREMENTS:/nGENERAL SKILLS: PACS, Portables/nUltrasound Experience: OBGYN, High risk OB, Nuchal Translucency, CVS/nVascular Experience: Doppler Studies, M-Mode/nEquipment Experience: GE/nEcho Experience: M-Mode, Fetal Echo (preferred)/nCerts: RDMS-OB, NT- Nuchal Translucency/nYears of MFM experience: Minimum 2-3 years/n/nMORE INFO:/nScrub color: Navy pants, Ceil Blue top/nEPIC Class: Online Day 1/n/nFLU/COVID VACCINE:/n• COVID:/no Verification that each assigned individual is “fully vaccinated” or has received a qualified exemption. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st) Declination is only acceptable for medical reasons. Travelers that wish to decline will need a Dr's note stating why they are unable to received the flu vaccination and will be required to wear a mask anytime they are within 6 feet of a patient.
