The Registered Nurse - RN develops nursing care plan in coordination with resident, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. The Registered Nurse - RN communicates changes in resident's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate and participates in the discharge planning process.Registered Nurse, RN, R.N., Skilled Nursing RN, Sub Acute Nursing RN, Sub Acute Nurse, LTC Nurse, Nursing Home RN, SNF Nurse, SNF RNEducation: Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.Licenses/Certification: Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the District of Columbia Department of Health required.
