Job Description:
*Hourly Pay: $40/hr - $45/hr -- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/wk --
Setting: SNF & Rehab*Seeking a dedicated *LPN* to provide
compassionate care in a secure Alzheimer's and Dementia care
setting. This role requires working on Every Other Weekend, 7AM -
3:30PM.*Responsibilities:** Deliver hands-on care, including
medication administration and treatments* Monitor and report
changes in resident health* Support residents with activities of
daily living (ADLs)* Maintain accurate documentation* Collaborate
with families and interdisciplinary teams* Follow infection control
and safety procedures*Requirements:** Active LPN license in good
standing* Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
preferred* Strong clinical and communication skills*#LPN1*Job Type:
