Safe Harbor Community Services (SHCS) is seeking a Maryland licensed therapist to provide school-based therapy (3-4 days per week) and in-clinic therapy (1 day per week). We provide integrated mental health treatment for children and adolescents within *Harford County* Public Schools helping students overcome behavioral, emotional, or social problems that interfere with success at school and at home.*School-Based Therapy includes:** Individual and group therapy* Family counseling* Risk assessments, as needed* Specialized training and support services for parents and teachers* Collaboration with other community providers* Linkage to additional community resources*Highlights:** We are not your average OMHC! Our in-network status with commercial insurance as well as Medicaid allow us to diversify our services to help limit the challenges of a medicaid-only OMHC!* Choose your own caseload (24 hour or 27 hour per week options)* Free Supervision* Free CEUs* Admin Support (simply focus on clients and notes, we'll do the rest)!* Blueprint AI Notetaker and Assessment subscription included (save hours on notes)!* Access to counselor support teams for help, training, and issue management.* Peer case reviews*Skills & Abilities:* Communicate and collaborate with both clients/guardians, colleagues, and school contacts Ability to engage, build rapport and provide insight-oriented therapy Make independent decisions consistent with current policies, procedures, and ethical standards Develop and implement treatment plans and provide therapy services to clients relative to his/her age specific need in accordance with state and federal guidelines.*Requirements:** License to provide therapy services in the state of Maryland.* Prefer a minimum of 2 years' experience providing psychotherapy / mental health services.* Ability to develop treatment plans, maintain required documentation and effectively manage a varied caseload.* Ability to organize and prioritize duties and to work within a treatment team.* Experience in mental health and co-occurring MH/SA disorders and treatment, a plus.* Computer skills and knowledge of an electronic health record, a plus.* Must be willing to provide one evening per week.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In personby Jobble
