*Job Title:* Registered Nurse - Vaccinator*Assignment Length:

Rate: *$30-35/hour*Job Description- RN Vaccinator in Schools and HD
Clinics:*Works to support assigned school health program sites and
Health Department clinic sites in the areas of Immunization. The
primary function of Immunization RN is to promote and ensure the
health and well-being of students by administering and managing
immunizations.The Nurse provides a variety of health services to
diverse populations within the school community and clinic setting.
Utilizes Centers for Disease Control/Advisory Committee on
Immunization (ACIP) recommendations, Virginia Department of Health
guidelines and Code of Virginia mandates to ensure enrolled
students meet requirements. Ensures access to immunization services
and follow-up, identifying missed vaccination opportunities.Ideal
candidates possess strong working knowledge of immunizations,
school, and/or public health, utilization of computers and
technology to collect data, disseminate information and communicate
findings.*Experience:** At least 1 year experience working as an
RN-Vaccinator.*Job Requirements:** Active VA RN License* Current
BLS/CPR Certification (preferably from AHA)* Fully Vaccinated
