  • Pending State License accepted: Yes - must provide date applied and show proof of application. This way, if offered, the facility can provide a realistic start date
  • Start date: must be able to start within 3-4 weeks of date offered
  • Shift: 7p-7a
  • Types of Cases Preferred: NICU/PICU
  • Years of experience REQ: 1 Preferably pediatrics
  • First-timer travelers accepted: Case to Case Basis - must have at least 3 years RECENT experience
  • Weekend REQ: Yes, Every Other Weekend
  • National Certs REQ: RRT, BLS, PALS
  • Is on-call REQ? No
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
  • Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No
