Ballston Animal Hospital is looking for a Full-Time Veterinarian to join our team. Ballston Animal Hospital is a veterinarian-owned hospital and a very well-established part of the community. We have a great clientele which allow our doctors to practice high quality medicine. Our hospital mission is to partner with our clients to provide the highest standard of care possible. We do this by delivering comprehensive medical, surgical, dental, and wellness care in a friendly, professional, and caring environment. You will be able to make independent medical decisions. With a current team of 5 veterinarians, you have the support to continually grow and learn as a veterinary professional. We are well served with an excellent support staff and up to date equipment (digital dental xray, digital xray, ultrasound, paperless records, full in house lab, etc.). A competitive salary will be offered to applicants with quality experience. We offer a strong benefit package including heath, dental, and vision insurance, paid PLIT and AVMA membership, paid licenses (State and DEA), a generous CE allowance, PTO, and more. Schedule to include a variety of shifts: days (8am-4pm), evenings (1pm-9pm) and every other Saturday (8am-2pm). We are looking for someone who: Is a skilled clinician Has excellent organizational and follow up skills Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Is willing and flexible with work schedule and hours Required Qualifications, Education and Experience Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) License in good standing in Virginia Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ImproMed software is preferred, but not required Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
