Together, we are dedicated to delivering the best quality cancer care, from diagnosis to survivorship.The Potomac Clinic (6N), which is located within the newly built Inova Schar Cancer Institute, is an outpatient physician clinic whose team members work closely and expertly with our breast medical oncologists and advanced practitioners to serve patients for non-surgical management of breast cancer. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The clinics are closed for the seven recognized Inova holidays and there are no on-call requirements. Our team members work five 8 hour shifts.Requirements- A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.- Education: BSN or ADN - If ADN then complete BSN within 24 months of start date If Associates Degree RN-Within 6 months of start date, meet with nurse leader. Identify which Accredited School the employee plans to attend. Submit a review of transcript from the school indicating the required pre-requisites and timeline for taking the courses. Provide a written plan with anticipated BSN completion date.- BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required- RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.- Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
