Reviews results for quality and completeness, refers to physician for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.QualificationsLicensure/Certification/Registration
  • Required: RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) or RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist)
  • Basic Life Support - Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)Education/Knowledge--
    • Completion of an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
    • Preferred Associates Degree in Diagnostic Medical SonographyApplicable Experience
      • Required: 1 year
      • Preferred: 3 or more years
      • Preferred: One year performing general and vascular exams.Technical/Clinical Skills
        Word: Basic Excel: Basic
        Working knowledge of ICD-9 (Medical Coding)
