The 340B practice supports and advises pharmaceutical manufacturers on how to navigate the challenges and complexities of the 340B program, a government drug purchasing program. These positions require highly motivated problem solvers with solid analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who can be agile, think outside the box and lead with an entrepreneurial spirit.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions.Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium sized client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.Delegate assignments to staff, instruct and monitor progress, and review work product for completeness and accuracy.Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data.Manage client relationships and communicate results and work product as appropriate.Prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines.Participate in product planning and development initiatives.Contribute and participate in staffing and account strategy discussions.Help manage parts of the project and/or product lifecycle across client implementations and/or practice initiatives.This position is based in BRGs Washington DC office.Basic QualificationsBachelor''s degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development or data analysis;Minimum of 4 years of work experience with a focus in data analytics, project/product management or business operations;Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, R, etc.).
