Job Family:Data Science ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Active Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Guidehouse is responsible for providing business analyst support for a global health initiative (PEPFAR) for our client at the Department of State. The analyst serving in this role will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements for software solutions, coordinating and participating in cyclical release testing of client data, supporting project management activities and in some cases leading areas of project management to deliver on a variety client needs related to change management, systems development, and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail, superior communication skills, ability to put together timelines, milestones, dependency charts, while working in an Agile environment with an understanding of enterprise portfolio systems will make this person a key member of the Systems Delivery team at the Department of StateWhat You Will Need:

• Active federal Public Trust with the ability to maintain it
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with data
• Experience with R programming language and R Shiny or related languageWhat Would Be Nice To Have:
  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance with the ability to maintain it
  • Experience in a global health/international development setting - ideally U.S. Department of State/USAID, and/or the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)
  • IT project management and requirements management/analysis
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience writing and managing requirements
  • Experience with data analysis, testing, and validation
  • Backlog Management
  • Business process analysis and change management
  • Experience interfacing/liaising with technical product teams to capture requirements, test systems, remove blocking issues, and escalate risks as necessary
  • Experience with the Agile framework & scrum methodology
  • Advanced abilities in Excel to perform data cleaning and complex data analysis, including demonstrating proficiency with complex lookups, Power Query, and VBAs.
  • Training & communications support - especially for a global audience
  • Certifications Preferred: CAPM/PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
