    Oters:COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions OnlyPediatric ED experience required;12 hour shifts; rotatingno BG/license hits.No exemptions accepted.Modules are not billable and required to be completed within the first week of the assignment.Missed shifts due to call outs are required to be made up on the back end of the contract, extra days will be added.FDI will be sent direct to the traveler from the client, this does not mean the traveler is cleared to start. Must seek clearance prior to reporting for first day.Will accept pending license for submission but MUST have:1. Date of application sent2.
