    GENERAL SUMMARY : Participant of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team. Coordinates with other disciplines for the accurate, timely completion of the MDS under the guidance of the Lead MDS-PPS Coordinator/Admission Coordinator. Serves as a representative of the Sibley Renaissance to other departments of Sibley Hospital; including interacting with residents, customers and other staff members.


  • RN licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, preferred or LPN licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
  • For Registered Nurses graduation from an accredited program and for LPNs graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Sound knowledge of the MDS 2.0, MDS 0, PPS, and RUG's IV.
  • Knowledge of Vista Keane Clinical Application Software.
  • Registration and ICD-9 diagnosis coding.
  • Completion of current basic life support.
