The ideal candidate will possess experience creating, updating, and delivering customized training solutions, providing end-user assistance with data quality issues and ticket resolution at disparate geographical locations world-wide. The selected individual will be an active member of a mature Agile team utilizing SAFe methodologies. Collaborating closely with the development and operations teams and customer stakeholders to bring together the full range of technical and business competencies needed to enable successful achievement of customer service deliverables and SLAs, technology transformation, business requirements and other work deliverables which are consistent with organizational goals and objectives. The candidate will work in a collaborative manner with the operations, development and architecture teams to propose, brainstorm, represent, and implement simple to complex architectural solutions. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES - Serves as the lead for specialized training courses, preparing and updating materials and delivering to end users. - Extends training delivery methods by providing assistance to users through structured classroom delivery, one on one conversations, and resolution of user generated tickets. - Serves as a data quality expert, providing support for development and maintenance of proprietary software, participating in Agile development teams as a subject matter expert. - Performs data quality testing for new releases of the software, helping to ensure it meets stated objectives for quality improvement without introducing additional issues. - Documents findings and identifies potential additional areas for enhancement through independent analysis of data anomalies and namecheck inconsistencies. - Promotes effective interagency datasharing by contributing to efforts that include cleansing of records, correcting transmission errors, and strategizing future improvements to the datasharing process. - Reviews, investigates, and responds to user-related trouble tickets submitted, providing clear and thorough guidance and ensuring any questions are answered completely. - Monitors related issues in tickets and ensures they are correctly assigned, while also promptly redirecting mis-assigned tickets to the appropriate responder. - Leads regular data management meetings with government clients and serves as a central, trusted point of contact for those clients to answer operational questions, gather requirements, foresee ramifications for namechecking of policies and procedures, monitor ongoing work items, and direct focus on new issues as required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Active Secret Security Clearance - BS/BA Degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience. - Experience as a training manager with a federal government client - Excellent written and oral communication skills. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with SQL and database structures - Experience with Microsoft Project - Experience working with Agile software development team - Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs experience desired. - Fluency in a foreign language. WORK ENVIRONMENT - Normal office working conditions with possible requirement to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs. - The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress situations - The ability to communicate effectively both verbal and oral with customers, colleagues and other contractors.
