Practice Support and Skin Care Account Manager-East Candidate Description The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to maintain and grow a procedure-based business in an outpatient-based treatment setting. Both the physician and office staff will require frequent and meaningful interactions with the Account Manager to achieve account growth and continued customer satisfaction. Ideally, this experience will include a significant product or procedure utilized by aesthetic procedural practices. Requirements: The personal attributes and experiences that will lead to success in the organization's customer and company environment include: -- High integrity and honesty in all dealings with customers and your colleagues -- Established track record of working in a coordinated fashion with a cohesive team within a region or district to contribute to the successes of others -- A dedicated work ethic required for the high-level of activity and intensity needed in a startup environment -- An innate desire to serve the needs of your customer that includes a strong sense of personal responsibility for achieving and maintaining account satisfaction -- The proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to aesthetic physicians and their staff, or even to patients, in a one-on-one or group setting -- A proven track record of top performance in their current and previous positions -- The proven ability to identify, organize and prioritize key current accounts and prospective accounts -- The ability to empathize with the unique needs and desires of an aesthetic procedure patient Job Description: The successful Account Manager will effectively implement company and customer marketing strategies and objectives to grow the Neauvia consumable business (device and skincare). The specialist will manage a high level of customer service and support with accounts that leads to a high degree of customer and patient satisfaction. The specialist will establish common business objectives with accounts to drive acceptance and profitably of the device and associated services. The Account Manager will successfully integrate the device into each customer account within their territory. The Account Manager will manage the overall procedure experience through customer account support including but not limited to internal and external procedure marketing such as patient seminars and procedural marketing programs and materials. The specialist will train the physician and staff on the initial device use as well as follow up visits to ensure a high-level of patient satisfaction. Experience, Education, Training, Traits: Primary Responsibilities: -- Install New Devices -- Grow Device Consumables -- Grow Skin Care sales -- Achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction on a consistent basis -- Provide ongoing technical support and marketing support for the medical device -- Develop strong business relationships with customers and key accounts -- Complete the required administrative tasks necessary for the position -- Effectively manage company resources in a responsible and efficient manner Minimum Qualifications -- 3+ year's successful sales experience in the aesthetic, capital equipment or similar B-to-B selling model -- Strong track record of success in medical device, aesthetic or pharmaceutical sales -- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships -- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -- Polished presentation skills and public speaking ability -- Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field -- Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives -- Practical business acumen -- High level of emotional intelligence and maturity -- Willing to travel and work weekends and evenings when required -- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including the creating of PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets, and word documents Education -- Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in a consultative selling environment, assisting accounts in developing business plans, marketing strategies, public relations, events, etc., geared toward the patient/consumer that facilitate education, build awareness that results in a high degree of customer and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also have successful experience in capital sales as well as procedural marketing and practice building experience with aesthetic physicians.
