You’ll act as a strategic partner to leaders throughout the organization as we grow our online business, develop sales channels and rapidly grow the number of physical stores across the country. We’re looking for someone with know-how and a strong track-record in compensation plans, benefit design, people analytics and HRIS. As the VP of Performance & Rewards, you’ll be an important member of the leadership team for both Team Development (aka HR) and the Company overall, and you’ll be expected to build partnerships across the organization. That means bringing a point of view that goes beyond your functional expertise, with an enterprise mindset. How you’ll make a difference

What could be better than that Your responsibilities
You and your team will have broad responsibility for the quality and wellbeing of our team. That specifically includes: Performance (reviews, ongoing feedback, leader partnership, etc.) Comp planning (sales plans, executive pay, equity options program, etc.) Benefits (medical, retirement, wellbeing, etc.) HR Reporting & Analytics (Tableau, dashboards, predictive analysis, etc.) Workday (version updates, pay management, workflow, etc.) What’s Needed
This is both a big picture and hands-on role - one that requires leadership in the following areas: Strategic Thinker & Creative Problem Solver (innovative, right-left brain balance, understands behaviors that drive the business) Total Rewards & Performance Skillset (comp/benefits, performance management, HRIS) Strong Team & Enterprise Leader (people leadership, influence, effective communicator) You’ll report to the SVP of Team Development, and your direct reports will be two specialists (Comp/HRIS/Analytics Specialist and Benefits Specialist). Desired Qualifications
In addition to the appropriate senior Total Rewards leadership credentials, we’re seeking: Dynamic company experience Playing a hands-on role in significant, positive growth and/or change Working with diverse workforces (e.g., sales, stores, tech, manufacturing, etc.) Merger & Acquisition experience Track record of accomplishments (not just impressive titles) Some “Nice to Haves” Business leader experience outside of HR International experience Comp & Benefit related certifications Workday In addition, you must share our company values—practicing the Golden Rule, taking Ownership and driving and embracing Innovation.
