About this role:The primary role of a People Services Director is to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions of a high performing, dynamic regional division comprised of -350 dialysis centers and hospital partnerships located in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio with about $1 billion in revenue.DaVita isn't just any company - we're dynamic, growing and entrepreneurial in spirit.And this is not your typical HR role. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done.Youu2019ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. As part of our culture, youu2019ll also have the opportunity to be hands-on, working side by side with Village leaders to get things done on a variety of People-related areas. As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be rolling out programs to support Village-wide initiatives - including compensation, performance and talent programs. More specifically, we are looking for a: Operational Advisor - Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to influence decision making and provide proactive solutions. Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions. Talent Manager - Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development. Coach - Consult and collaborate with DaVitau2019s leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at DaVita.Our ideal candidate will have:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MA/MS/MBA degree is a plus5+ years of progressive HR, HR Business Partner or relevant experienceGreat at influencing through data, expertise and strong relationships. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholdersComfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment being part of deeply complex strategy discussionsGreat communication skills and understand how to communicate large, complex changeStrong analytical and problem solving skills.
