Brightview Senior Living is seeking a results-driven Vice President
of Development - Acquisitions to lead the identification,
negotiation, and execution of new senior housing development
opportunities. This senior leadership role is responsible for
building a robust pipeline aligned with Brightview's strategic
growth goals, navigating complex regulatory environments, securing
land contracts and financial incentives, and guiding projects
through entitlement and development. The VP will collaborate
cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to
ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within
budget-while upholding Brightview's STARS principles of Service,
Teamwork, Action, Reputation, and Success.
Responsibilities
Salary Range
USD $175,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr.
Compensation Disclosure
The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for
this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if
applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program.
Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications,
location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training,
etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation
ranges.
