We specialize in high-rise condo pipe replacement. • Long-term career growth and professional development opportunitiesSalary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualificationsAs part of our core Project Management team, you will oversee entire repipe projects from start to finish, reporting to an onsite Senior Project Manager and Operations Director.CORE DUTIES:
  • Manage construction projects, personnel, inspections, quality control, safety, scheduling, and customer communication
  • Work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate with supervisors to monitor progress and ensure compliance with codes
  • Resolve issues related to delays, resident concerns, weather, or emergenciesHELPFUL SKILLS:
    • 2-3 years of residential or commercial construction experience
    • 1-3 years of direct management of construction crews and subcontractors
    • Strong project management and teamwork skills
    • Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Positive attitude and customer service experience
    • Basic plumbing knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
    • College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
    • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office
    • Optional certifications from organizations like AIC or CMAA
