ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Mid-Level Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team in the DC, Maryland, & Virginia (DMV) area.
The Cyber Security Program Manager demonstrates overall accountability for cyber programs. You may be responsible for product delivery and financial management of client engagements. In this role, you will perform independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure contractual obligations are met. Cybersecurity Program Managers are recognized experts in cyber processes and technical architecture protection, providing thought leadership and developing creative solutions to client problems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing and managing cybersecurity programs, collaborating closely with other functional areas, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful completion of projects. This includes defining requirements clearly, documenting them, and developing project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  
• Leading and coordinating project managers, managing resources, priorities, and tracking progress. Managing project costs, schedules, performance, and risks, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  
• Providing advice to technical teams, staying informed of technical solutions, and ensuring cybersecurity resources are allocated to meet project needs.
  
• Identifying requirements and coordinating resources for project tasks and solutions implementation.
  
• Analyzing existing applications and cloud platform requirements to ensure compliance with standards, and advising stakeholders on cybersecurity status, upgrades, and tech refreshes.
  
• Coordinating with technical teams responsible for application migrations across environments.
  
• Reviewing and recommending process improvements to maintain efficiency and compliance with policies and regulations.
  
  Minimum Requirements:
  
  
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management
  
• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, finance, business management, or a related field
  
• PMP Certification
  
• IAM II Certification
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  
• Previous Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Operations experience
  
• PMO experience
  
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-ACP, CDMP, Six Sigma, or ITIL4
  
• IAM III / IAT III
  
• ServiceNow Certification
  
• Understanding of ITIL4 principles
  
  Clearance Requirements:
  
  
• Current/active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
  
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability prior to starting.
  
  Physical Requirements:
  
  
• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  
• Constant operation of a computer and office machinery.
  
• Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
