guiding a dedicated group of clinicians. Regional Medical Directors
play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health care in
our communities, with a focus on innovative treatments like
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. -Join us as
we empower Medical Leaders to make a significant impact.As a
Regional Medical Director, you'll:
Provide high-quality psychiatric
care, including assessments, treatment planning, and medication
management.Oversee and support a team of providers across multiple
clinics in Maryland and Virginia.Work closely with Advanced
Practice Providers (APPs) and Therapists to ensure a comprehensive
treatment approach.Provide mentorship to early-career providers and
collaborate on evidence-based treatment methods.Ensure compliance
with regulations, assist in recruitment and training, and
participate in strategic planning for program
growth.Qualifications:
Must be board certified in
PsychiatryM.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of
medicineDemonstrated success as a Medical Leader in a
multi-disciplinary practice environmentActive Virginia and/or
Maryland licensure in good standingRelevant state and federal
controlled substance registration in good standingInterest in
interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced
treatments preferred)About the Practice:
Clinics in Maryland and
VirginiaOffice-based outpatient careMultidisciplinary team
environment with clinicians providing Medication Management,
Psychotherapy, TMS, and Neuropsychiatric TestingExplore the
