This role is ideal for strategic thinkers with a robust track record in high-value transactional sales and a passion for building lasting relationships that drive client success.Salary: $135,000 - $200,000 per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and strategically target potential accounts to expand client base.
• Develop comprehensive account entry strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
• Execute targeted prospecting campaigns to attract new clients.
• Forge and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with a team of experts to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and improve business development strategies.Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years direct B2B sales experience with a focus on Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven history of developing new business in the realm of professional services.
  • Experience managing large volume transactions valued at $250,000 or higher.
  • Adept at navigating sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months.
  • Demonstrated stability in career, with no more than 3 job changes in the past decade.
  • A history of compensation structured around highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and revenue increase.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Advanced degree in Business or a related field.
    • Certification in Sales or Business Development (e.g., CSP, CPSP).
    • Experience in engaging and securing international clients.
    • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages influential in business (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish).
    • Strong technical proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.Skills:
