• Availability: Library Employees OnlyThe incumbent of this position serves in the Human Resources Directorate (HCD), reporting to the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO). The mission of the Human Capital Directorate is to provide best-practice human capital services and programs, leveraging continuous improvement, to drive Library mission achievement through the workforce. The incumbent provides program management and contributes to sound human resources operations and financial management following Library of Congress Regulations and Directives (LCRs and LCDs). The incumbent undertakes technical projects, benefits programs such as transit subsidy program management, and personnel records management programs. Serves as a trusted confidant and exercises discretion when dealing with confidential and/or sensitive matters involving issues internal and external to HCD.Human Resources
