A leading food delivery service is seeking an Account Manager for their team in the Washington D.C. territory. This role focuses on expanding relationships with existing restaurant partners through maximizing business retention and discovering upselling opportunities. The Account Manager is critical to retaining their highest valued clients and ensure their new partners are successful on the platform.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Grow and expand existing book of business
• Conduct quarterly business reviews
• Track merchant KPI and OKR to understand their successes, issues and sales opportunities
• Utilize historical data to evaluate the health of the account and identify sales trends
  Account Manager Requirements:
  • 1+ years of B2B account management experience
  • BA degree required
  • Being able to take commercial data and making it digestible to merchant partners
