Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in the Baltimore, MD area.Responsibilities:*Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively*Ensure all subordinates and following all laws and guidelines including OSHA, EPA, DHEC, NEC and FDA guidelines*Lead department projects (both large and small)*Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work*Assign and direct all PPM work orders*Ensure safe work practices are followed*Oversee skills training and development of employees*Lead continuous improvement activities across department*Supervise all direct reports, complete reviews and provide feedbackRequirements:*College or Unviersity degree not required, but highly preferred*5+ years technical experience in a high speed/highly automated consumer goods manufacturing industry*5+ years' PLC experience*3+ years' capital project experience*CMMS experince required*Prefer robotics experience*SAP expereince preferred*Experience managing salaried personnel*Strong analytical ability*Excellent communication skills*Proven leadership abilityExcellent salary, annual bonus and relocation package is offered!UI786946
