About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Manager of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. Possessing a deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, you will support the design and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives dedicated to enhancing and support an inclusive culture across FTI Consulting. With a passion for creating an environment where all individuals feel valued and can thrive, you will utilize your strong background in analytics and data-driven insights to inform and shape DEI/DIB strategies. As the Manager of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging you will report to the Vice President, Talent Diversity & Inclusion and be focused on programs and initiatives dedicated to attracting and retaining diverse talent at FTI.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and execute a data-driven DEI/DIB strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess the impact and effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to diversity metrics, employee demographics, and inclusion surveys
  • Identify trends and patterns to inform evidence-based decision-making
  • Assess the impact of diversity programs through pre and post training analytics
  • Benchmark the organizations performance against industry standards and competitors
  • Partner on the design and implementation of an annual Diversity Conference to provide opportunities for our diverse talent to network, participate in forums and gain additional training and knowledge to help them succeed at FTI
  • Partner with Diversity & Inclusion team to identify, build, and sustain community partnerships to support corporate diversity and inclusion projects/plans/initiatives and business strategies
  • Benchmark and research analysis, including monitoring and reporting on Diversity and Inclusion topics
  • Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate Diversity initiatives
  • Conduct stay interviews with diverse employees as part of a regular check in cadence
  • Assist with Quarterly Business Review presentations
  • Assist with gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap analysis and reporting

    What You Will Need to Succeed

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
    • 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience with training and/or human resources work in diversity, inclusion and belonging / diversity, equity and inclusion
    • Current knowledge and understanding of Diversity & Inclusion best practices
    • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into implementing solutions

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Strong project management skills with proven track record of creating and communicating a clear project plan and keeping stakeholders informed
      • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships internally and externally
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
      • Strategic thinker with passion for driving change
      • Comfort managing through ambiguity to define clear road maps, recommendations, plans and processes
