TechnologyThe Director, Digital Technology will be responsible
forbuilding and managing digital solutions to all store and
customerinteractions. We are looking for achampion that has
excelled in a high-traffic, content-rich websites sites and
mobileapps by harnessing tech and the power of the teams that makes
themsuccessful. -WhatYou'll Do:
- Manage a talented team of softwareengineers, systems
architects, analysts, and scrum masters to bring DigitalTechnology
to life.
- Manage Digital Quality Assurance Teamto deliver best in quality
digital products
- Work with stakeholders from thebusiness and product team to
ensure their vision comes to life while providingworld class, high
functioning digital experience for our customers and company.
- Be partner to technology teams suchas Product, infrastructure,
Data and cybersecurity to provide guidance.
- Attract and retain key digital talentwhile building an engaged
and creative team
- Support scalable, secure, and topperforming operations of the
developed solutions
- Be a steward continuous integrationand development
methodologies and communicate cross-platform thinking so that ateam
of developers can build it - and users can use it
- Serve as a great champion coach, andpeople developer.
- Identify and address areas needingprocess improvement and help
to make the changes
- Provide thought leadership usingbusiness communications, active
collaboration, and leading cross-functionalgroups to deliver
technology goals

- Have over a decade of success in a technical role leadinglarge
software development teams with the ability to manage multiple
projectswith competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as an influencer to people across the organization
anddriver of process that delivers the best outcomes
- Have leadership characteristics with a history of inspiring
andmotivating people to a common purpose at all levels within a
company,developing teams and being a mentor
- Have experience in budget planning and managing the plan
tobudget
- Be successful implementing enterprise scalemobile apps using
React Native, Redux, and other related technologies
- Experience with client-side web technologies(HTML5, CSS, JS,
Ajax, etc.) & integrating with REST/SOAP APIs
- Embrace and work with the Agile methodologies
- Have solid analytical problem solving and decision-making
skillswith a true understanding of the impact on all parts of the
business and beingopen to in and out of the box solutions
- Have experience in driving highly performant applications
andplanning for growth
- Have knowledge and/or hands on experiencewithin cloud-based
platforms, cybersecurity and audience data and analytics
- Work with the understanding of the long-term ("bigpicture") and
short-term perspectives
- Domain knowledge - Deep insight into customerbehavior and
translating it to a multichannel world
- Success in team skill development, technologyenhancement,
template development and process improvement
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated fieldPhysical
Requirements:
- Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a
computer and otheroffice equipment
- Mustbe able to identify, analyze and assess details
- Forcertain positions, must be able to occasionally move or
transport items up to50 pounds
- Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information
accurately and effectively
- Constantlypositions self and move about to support ordinary
restaurant or food productionsupport or office operations, as
applicable
