Job Description:

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Our Customer Service Supervisor will be accountable and responsible for the overall management of the internal sales team on site, including responses to enquiries/quotation requests through to the successful fulfilment of customer orders against a promise that is aligned to service charter and pricing guidelines of the state. The role is also accountable for the retention and growth of existing customers, supporting the demand generation efforts of the external sales force, and functional support for the entire state's Customer Service function as required.The role involves liaison with other stakeholders, where necessary, to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Ensuring the internal sales team provide support and leads to Account Managers in managing customer relationships, quotation follow-ups, with the main goal being the delivery of a positive customer experience and achiement of on time, in full, order fulfillment service.Your responsibilities include;

  • Building and/or maintaining a high performing, capabile and engaged internal sales team to support the above objectives
  • Develop and take ownership of ideas for business/customer service improvement
  • Operational liaison to ensure critical decisions are made, and customer communications are proactive, timely and accurate
  • Engages with Account Managers to assist in fulfilment of customers' processed steel requirements
  • Communicate delivery schedule with business daily as required and update business as necessaryAbout your experienceIn order to succeed in this role, ideally you will have;
