Description Leidos is seeking an experienced intelligence professional serve in the EDT office of the NCSC. The successful candidate shall: Primary Responsibilities: The selected candidate will provide ongoing support on security programs related to ETD equities such as Insider Threat and operations security OPSEC on a monthly basis to the intelligence community, Department of Defense, and three hundred Non-Title 50 agencies. Plan, coordinate, and conduct program reviews. In addition to phone and email contact and event attendance, includes attending client meetings and site visits to introduce program review/assessment processes to D/A senior officials, review D/A policies/SOPS, and conduct out-briefs to senior leadership on key findings of their insider threat and OPSEC programs. Products:

• Memo-For-Record (MFR , Review/Assessment Report with recommendations, updated contact list, etc. according to ETD-specific SOPs for continuous documentation and tracking of program progress.
• Memo-for-Record (MFRs documenting client engagement activities and meetings. Frequency:
  • Monthly phone/email contact
  • 10-12 Insider Threat Program Reviews per year
  • Annual OPSEC Program Self-Assessment Report for each supported organization (e.g., IC, D/A
  • MFRs completed within five working days after engagementBasic Qualifications
    • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
    • A BA degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
    • Minimum of 10 years work experience related to managing programs and projectsPreferred Qualifications
      • Expert knowledge of insider threat and operations security programs
      • Demonstrated skills in in writing logically, clearly, and concisely
      • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, senior management, technical staff, and project team members Pay Range: Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
