Job Description:

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for an experienced Program Manager to support our growing Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) team. The Program Manager will provide project management support for a portfolio of AVEVA OSIsoft PI System projects supporting Universities, Commercial Entities, the Federal Government and Department of Defense. They will work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the CIP Director and operations team. The Program Manager will work closely with the CIP Director and Business Unit leadership on program execution, strategy and overall growth initiatives.

The Program Manager should have the following experience:



--- Five (5) years experience in all aspects of Project and Program Management to include waterfall and agile methodologies. Strong preference in managing agile software deployments within critical infrastructure.

--- Five (5) years experience translating TO requirements into project plans and milestones, directing and implementing plans; and presenting formal project status/plan briefings to customer leadership

--- Five (5) years experience in leadership of complex tasks, including review of work products for correctness, compliance with industry 'best practices' and government standards

--- Two (2) years experience managing and supervising employees within a matrix staffing structure.

--- Two (2) years experience managing AVEVA OSIsoft PI build and operations/maintenance projects

--- Experience with deployment, usage and administration of the AVEVA OSIsoft PI System

--- Passion for project ownership and client relations to be able to manage and exceed their expectations

--- Ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities

--- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well at different levels within the organization

--- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions

--- Experience implementing project management tools and processes to enhance customer delivery

--- Experience monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

--- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills required, with experience briefing executive personnel

--- Demonstrated experience supporting business development initiatives to include opportunity capture and proposal development

--- Possesses Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification



Desired experience includes the following:

--- Possesses a Mechanical Engineering Degree or Equivalent
