We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Process Improvement Manager (PIM) for a Part-Time position. Job Description: Foster an environment of continuous improvement by leading Corporate improvement initiatives. These efforts may be based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), various ISO standards, and/or the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This position also requires the management of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with existing standards and processes. The PIM will work with external auditors to implement and maintain certifications necessary to meet the company's strategic business objectives. The PIM will serve as a member of the NuAxis Leadership Team working across the organization to maintain a high level of both customer and employee satisfaction. Please note that this role will be part-time hourly. Responsibilities: Implementation of management systems necessary to meet ISO and other standards. This includes creating or modifying business processes, ensuring implementation and adoption of management system requirements, training employees, coaching program team members, conducting internal audits of the management systems, managing the document management process, and leading the change management process. Maintenance of existing management systems, including verifying ongoing compliance, improving existing processes, ensuring all compliance issues are tracked to closure, and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions and improvements. Recommend process and procedural improvements. Reporting IMS performance by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting statistical data. Provide technical advice and guidance to NuAxis on how to address quality issues and assist with the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Contribution to the growth of the organization by participating in proposal activities, developing quality strategies, and presenting strategies to employees and customers. Requirements: Diploma of Quality Management or similar 5 years of relevant industry experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken Good negotiating skills - position may require convincing stakeholders of the importance of quality procedures Attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure Detailed knowledge of PMBOK, CMMI, ISO, and other Standards applicable to NuAxis business processes.
