today.Position Summary:Inside sales position that will manage and
develop existing customer accounts to drive sales growth for
composite flat panels, panel pins and chemicals. Build long-term
customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service,
increasing knowledge of the industry, and mastery of internal
product capabilities. Position requires development of proposals,
closing of contracts and purchase orders, sales order conversions,
interfacing with existing CRM (Infusion Soft) and ERP system.
-Oversee all account management to maximize profitability.
-Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain relationships with customer base by
providing excellent customer service and listening to customer
requirements and needs
- Accurate and timely responsiveness to all customer
communications -
- Qualify new business opportunities and establish
relationships
- Interact directly with all applicable stake holders in the
marketplace
- Make sales presentations to commodity managers, buyers and
director-level executives when required
- Calculate pricing and develop formal quotations following
established processes
- Possess effective time management skills with ability to juggle
multiple clients and provide exceptional customer service, support,
and follow-up
- Attend trade showsJob Specifications (Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities):
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to
detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative
required
- Exceptional technical presentation skills
- Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation
and initiative
- Must be proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in ERP/MRP systems
- Experience in CRM/Infusion Soft or other customer data
bases
- Experience in Excel or pricing software
- Position requires some travel by car, plane, and train as
needed -Education, Certifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- BA/BS degree in a related business or aerospace field
preferred
- 3+ years of aviation experience preferred
- 3+ years' professional sales experience Physical Demands and
Work Environment:Working conditions are normal for that of a
manufacturing/machine shop/office environment. -All employees are
