Location: Mostly at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in the Defense
Intelligence Analysis Center, occasional work from home possible
depending on the workload of the week Project overview: This 5-year
contract has a mission to help DIA''s Office of Human Resources
bridge the skills gap and support an increase in HR activity in the
agency. Requirements: * Bachelor''s Degree * Active top secret (TS)
clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access *
Willingness and ability to pass a counterintelligence (CI)
polygraph examination * 5 years'' experience providing quality
delivery in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Talent
Development, recruitment, workforce planning, and/or Compensation &
Benefits Desired Qualifications: * Experience managing project
delivery and business and technical integration * Ability to drive
business strategy and planning changes at executive levels *
Experience with PeopleSoft Duties: * Provide advice and
consultation to managers and employees on policies, processes, and
procedures associated with all phases of the recruitment and
staffing process, to include the interview and selection process as
well as records management * Support program management of the HR
Operations Center (HROC), Annual Career Assignments Program (ACAP),
recruitment/internship programs, Leadership Development, Talent
Development, employee mobility, rank in person, and other emerging
HR operations programs * Guide event management efforts to include
coordination with various Government employees and external
applicants to execute hiring events * Assist in managing the DIA
Hiring Pool and associated weekly bidding cycle, ensuring timely
and accurate reporting and communications * Incorporate processes,
procedures, and strategies to improve the coordinated execution of
comprehensive hiring actions in instances when the vacancy is
unable to be filled internally * Oversee the team''s use of the RFI
(Request for Information) tool, group email boxes, and various
internal tracking databases/reports for various requests that come
to the Office of Human Resources * Oversee customer service support
to Government employees in need of HR support * Prepare and
disseminate reports to OHR leadership that details RFI metrics to
include, timeliness of actions, number of actions completed, and
more * Seek input from entities significantly affected by HR
regulations and polices * Produce accurate, edited work and review
drafts from junior team members prior to finalization * Obtain
changing project requirements and ensure adherence from all team
members * Ensure personnel information is accurately handled,
correctly sanitized, archived and digited according to governing
policies and regulations * Interface with Senior Executives to
track hiring, attrition, diversity, tenure, and retirements If you
