either office-based in Reston, VA, or hybrid working 2 days out of
the office. Only candidates in the Washington DC metro area will be
considered.Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Treasurer in capital structure
management, financial risk management, and investment strategies to
support the achievement of corporate financial goals.
- Manage financial analysis, execution and maintenance for credit
facilities, acquisition financing, capital lease, dividend
payments, share repurchases, leases and mergers and
acquisitions.
- Build and maintain robust models that analyze capital
structures, credit rating scenarios, working capital levels, net
interest expense, and other benchmarking analysis. Your models will
provide valuable insights and trends to guide our financial
strategies.
- Oversee quarterly debt covenant compliance diligence and
reporting, ensuring we meet our obligations and maintain a strong
financial position.
- Collaborate closely with our CFO and Treasurer, providing them
with ad-hoc financial analysis and assisting in preparing Board of
Directors presentations. Your expertise will help shape our
financial narratives and drive informed decision-making.
- Manage our domestic and international trade transactions,
including letters of credit and foreign exchange as well
cross-border intercompany funding and transactions.
- Coordinate our quarter-end reporting process, ensuring accurate
and timely reporting of our financial performance.
- Take charge of our treasury operations, manage cash management
and reporting, working capital management, cash flow projection,
and budget requirements.
- Serve as the primary administrator for our bank and broker
portals. You will maintain our bank accounts, oversee openings,
closings, and changes to authorized personnel. Additionally, you
will review and analyze bank account fees, coordinating periodic
fee reviews with our bank partners.
- Uphold the highest standards in treasury policies, procedures,
and internal controls. Build/update processes that ensure
compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Support ICF's mergers and acquisitions efforts (M&A).
Assist with due diligence and post-transaction integration,
contributing to our growth and expansion.
- Foster collaboration across corporate departments. Partner with
accounting operations, legal, International Treasury, business
operations, Finance leaders, and other teams.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from inception to
completion, tracking progress and identifying risks and resources
needed.Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Treasury in a public company.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a
related field.
- 15+ years of wide-ranging experience in a corporate treasury
function, with direct responsibilities for debt capital raising,
daily cash management, and cash flows.
- 10+ years of experience in cash management best practices,
liquidity forecasting, borrowing facilities, hedging, risk
management, and international funds flows.
- 5+ years of experience managing foreign exchange and interest
rate management (trading, exposure management, etc.).
- 5+ years' experience managing cross-functional projects.
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
- 5+ years of experience building and enhancing financial models
using Excel.Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Financial
Accountant (CFA) and/or Master's in Business Administration

are considered in determining final pay for a position, including,
