mid-size owner-operated company based in Washington DC

Your new role

- manage the day to day operations of a commercial office portfolio of about 700k sq ft in Washington DC

- prepare financial reports and analyse, manage given budget and operate within

- manage on-site staff and train new employees

- establish and maintain excellent relationships internally as well as externally

What you'll need to succeed

- minimum of five years of related experience in Commercial Property Management

- bachelors degree preferred

- strong financial background, managing budget and doing financial analysis, prior experience with capex projects

- strong written and verbal communication skills, high customer-service
