Military Veterans and individuals with disabilities -are encouraged to apply! - -About This Role:Role Overview: -Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to enhance operational support services for our federal customer in Falls Church, Virginia. This position will join a team of administrative professionals supporting healthcare operations, healthcare policy planning and management, and integration and implementation of military healthcare related policies and programs. This successful candidate will analyze and optimize processes, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. The quality assurance manager will create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted business systems, teams; recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts. -Responsibilities:

  • Provide liaison support and coordinate activities throughout the various levels of the organization, working closely with executive level clients
  • Assist on procedural matters such as edit draft correspondence/material for accuracy of format, spelling and grammar; develop timelines for key presentations; and research/prepare official correspondence/ response to audits, Congressional and other high-level inquiries in final format in accordance with Government formats and guidelines
  • Route responses and/or formal decision packages to enable timely approval and submission, including route executive correspondence packages for senior leadership signature ensuring execution and adjudication by the deadline
  • Provide subject matter expertise and understanding of Naval Correspondence Manual requirements -The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
    • Understanding and familiarity of the Naval Correspondence Manual
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Excellent skills in multitasking, prioritization and planning, schedule management, and the coordination of complex executive functions
    • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Possess strong editorial and writing skills and a keen understanding of different audiences
