Job Description:
NCQA is looking for a Director, Digital Quality Community to
lead the engagement of key stakeholders in NCQA's digital quality
work, including the development and management of a new digital
community. This community supports innovative changes in health
care that help drive adoption of digital quality initiatives,
making health care more efficient and measurement in health care
more useful. The Director, Digital Community is responsible for
overseeing the design, build and ongoing evolution of the digital
community platform, offerings, and audience. They will also manage
the digital community by facilitating user-generated content,
building and overseeing a content strategy to drive user engagement
and adoption, and engaging targeted stakeholders for community
participation. This role will need to understand stakeholder needs
and develop strategies for engagement. They'll work closely with
the Product and Marketing teams, as well as subject matter experts,
to identify domain and market trends and escalate issues or
questions to the appropriate internal teams. This candidate should
have experience in healthcare and knowledge of clinical data and/
or quality measurement.
