Reporting to: Food & Beverage Director
What are my essential job functions?
-Oversee usage, quality, safety, and guest experience.
-Lead, develop and grow with the team.
-Assists and supports employee relations.
-Maintains the facility while upholding our standards of excellence
and hospitality.
-Assist and support Food & Beverage Director on F&B tasks.
-Assists hotel management team with F&B-related tasks.
-Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and
sanitation regulations.
-Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear
direction to staff.
-Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular
basis.
-Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through

-Ability to take directions from Food & Beverage Director and hotel
management team.
-Ability to train others on aspects of the operations.
-Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so.
-Ability to perform basic administrative tasks in Word / Excel /
PowerPoint.
-Ability to perform ordering/receiving tasks, inventory and have
basic P&L knowledge.
-Desire to learn and develop self and others.
-Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and
grooming, including wearing nametags.
-Ability to comply with Crescent Hotels & Resorts Standards and
regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
-Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and
assist in implementing solutions.
-Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating,
preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
-Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data,
etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
-Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
-Perform other duties as requested by management.
-Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
