Job Description:
Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for covering a large,
multi-state territory. They will be responsible for driving revenue
growth through distribution partners and DME's to expand presence
in the post-acute wound care clinics, LTC facilities, home health,
DME, Distributors, Director of Nursing (DON), Physicians,
Purchasing, and GPO's. -We are seeking a hunter mentality, someone
who can sell clinically, has a demonstrated success of mentoring
and motivating others. As well as strong interpersonal, oral and
communication, organization and planning skills. This position will
report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. -Compensation is
$120K base, $80K variable. OTE at $200K, uncapped growth
commission, stock options, car allowance, medical benefits, and
