Description:We are looking for a Facility Manager that can oversee maintenance of the entire facility.He/She works alongside all FOH Managers and BOH Chefs, and reports directly to the FOHDirector and Culinary Director.We empower our Maintenance Managers to constantly take ownership of the venue and thinkof ways to improve the current areas.
PinMember Job Description:The Facility Manager is responsible for managing the Maintenance Mechanics at their variouslocations- Bowling Upkeep and Repairo Enforce that 2 lanes are being cleaned each day in each location, in a correctmannero All logs are being followed and filled out in detailo Bowling lanes are working properly and are being adjusted as necessary- Enforce that all building maintenance checklists are being followed in each locationo Lightbulbso Drywall / Painting / Staining / Grouto Table levelerso Chair glides- Monthly Inventoryo Enforces that monthly inventories are being performed in each location forlightbulbs and bowling partso Ensure that each location has the correct amount and par for each itemo Communicates with the General Manager regarding any needed part, andensuring that the part is ordered and arrives in a timely manner
Requirements:The Facility Manager has the personal ability to perform the following:- Knowledgeo Exhibit a superior knowledge of the following areas:- Bowling- Electrical- HVAC- Kitchen Maintenance- Repair & Maintenance Expenseso Ability to speak intelligently about the R&M expenses for each location on theP&L statementso Ability to analyze cost, and aggressively looks for ways to smartly run the R&Mprogram- Organizationo Ability to set personal goals and to work both systematically and strategicallyo Ability to complete tasks in an organized and timely mannero Enforces a clean workplace throughout the shift in all locationso Workshop cleanliness and organization and behind bowling
