positionReports to the Director of Enrollment Experience for our
virtual K-12 schools. The Senor Manger of Enrollment Management
oversees regional operations and ensure a streamlined, quality
enrollment process. Partners with the Senior Manager of Lead
Nurture & Enrollment Support to deliver a thorough and efficient
experience for prospective students and their families. Must be a
qualified leader who plays a vital role in creating a culture of
exceptional service, quality growth, and staff development.Core
tasks and responsibilities
- Direct enrollment for multiple regions; meet keyperformance
indicators of enrollment conversion rates, student enrollment
target, service levels, customer satisfaction, and other measures
of success.
- Partner with internal teammates to make streamlined process
improvements to workflow and achievedepartment goals; ensure
standardization amongst regions within Enrollment Experience
department.
- Analyze operational metrics, determine solutions, and activate
forward progress.
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff for future growth and
leadership opportunities.
- Use multiple streams of communication to engage their staff and
deliver progress, expectations, and vision.
- Innovative and steadfast in commitment to service, quality, and
leadership.Qualifications
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience leading
enrollment or sales teams in a remote environment
- A proven track-record of strong operational leadership
- Bachelor'sdegree, or equivalent experience
- Ability to serve as an effective leader, coach, motivator, and
mentor
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and oral
communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Excel and Outlook365 suite
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver positive outcomes
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, self-motivated, and
committed to quality work
- Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm and efficient
manner
- Ability to work in afast-pacedenvironment and make quality,
