Affairs Specialist must accurately represent all aspects of the
College's programs to students including program/course
requirements, cost, academic workload, external time and activity
commitments, testing and assessment requirements, and tuition
payment policies and procedures to students via email and phone.
The role is also to process a variety of reports, validate and
assign opportunities, ensure all aspects of Student Affairs
(Enrollment, Sales Development, Student Services) workflow is
optimal, and participate in regular meetings with the Extenuating
Circumstances Committee and in Leadership and Strategy Meetings.
This position facilitates overall revenue and student
satisfaction.Primary ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and advise students
on all aspects of the Wealth Management (WM) product line.
Including but not limited to CFP Education and Exam Prep Review,
all Designations, and Masters Programs. Must fully understand and
clearly communicate policies and procedures in accordance with HLC
standards, various continuous education reporting requirements, and
the stackability of offerings.Ensure student record accuracy in
Salesforce and BDSManage several reports including Purchased
Products, Program Hold Release, Abandoned Cart, and Past
Expected.Qualify and appropriately distribute leads and
opportunities.Manage and appropriately respond to messages sent to
the College from students.Actively participate and provide
recommendations in the following meetings Wealth Management Team
Meetings, Leadership Team Meetings, Extenuating Circumstances
Committee, and Retention Committee.Continually provide
recommendations for continuous improvement.Minimum
