Job Description:

The Business Development Director provides and implements comprehensive sales and marketing plans that generate new revenue through referrals that convert to move-ins and enhance the positive image of the community and the Kisco brand in the surrounding community.
What will I do every day?
Find, develop and create strategic partnerships with local businesses and community referral sourcesAct as spokesperson for new senior living community Generate leads to support community preleasing move-in goalsWork with Home Office Marketing Team to market and promote networking events Plan, host, and attend various customer and partner networking events Maintain Kisco CRM database of business partners and lead/referral contactsWork with Public Relations to drive awareness into local/regional markets
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Have a well-established presence and standing relationships with Montgomery County business communityThe ability to travel to other Kisco Senior Living communities during onboarding (first 90 days)Be a progressive and creative thinkerTwo or more years of business development experience Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales experience is a plusKnow community leaders and service-oriented groupsStrong presentation and communication skillsBachelor's Degree
